Educate

Loveland Village offers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) a variety of classes and activities through the Adult Day Training program. Individuals have the opportunity to choose the classes that will help them achieve their individual goals. The goal of the Adult Day Training program is to provide an educational environment that will teach students important life skills designed to improve decision-making, self-sufficiency, self-advocacy and interaction within the community.

The program runs from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., five days a week, with an instructor to student ratio of 1:10.

In addition to the classes, students can participate in the Creative HeArts Studio, which provides the opportunity to create mosaics and jewelry that are sold at community events, and the Hearty Kitchen academy is being created where students can learn culinary arts skills.

We also provide a Phase II Sensory Center for individuals who require a higher level of support. Here we provide a 1:5 and 1:3 instructor to student ratio, offering the highest level of support.
