JOB TITLE: Philanthropy Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Philanthropy
REPORTS TO: Chief Philanthropy Officer
COMPENTATION: $15/Hour, Part-Time (15-20 hours)
SUMMARY: The Philanthropy Administrator is an integral member of our philanthropy team. The position is responsible for coordinating incoming gift management and donor acknowledgement, maintaining a clean and effective donor database, and ensuring donors and key stakeholders receive the highest level of stewardship.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; Previous fundraising and/or database management experience preferred; Must have excellent technology skills, including strong knowledge of MS Suite and donor management software (DonorPerfect preferred).
SKILLS: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, and customer service skills; Demonstrated capability to conduct one's self in a calm and professional demeanor when interacting with the public and/or with difficult situations; Effective management of a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities; Strong ability to take initiative, problem-solve and prioritize effectively; Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity.

EMPLOYMENT TERM: PT (20 hours)
SUMMARY: Provide the expertise, knowledge and skills necessary to organize and supervise Loveland Center participants on-site and/or in the community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: HERO. Support Aide must be age 18 years or older and possess a valid Florida driver’s license, and possess a high school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of verifiable experience working directly with individuals receiving services in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or childcare setting or working with recipients who have a developmental disability.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year experience in the I/DD field.
PROGRAMS DESCRIPTION: The HERO program is an after hour program that provides the opportunity for families with loved ones of a child with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) to have a chance to take a break and focus on other areas of their lives. The HERO program provides a safe, supported, and supervised opportunity for individuals with I/DD to increase social interaction, develop friendships, explore the local community, and receive academic support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

○ Implement age appropriate activities, utilizing materials including computers and iPads/tablets, various applications as well as written and unwritten materials.
○ Work within prescribed plans for each participant; providing support to reach the desired outcomes for the program.
○ Provide needed support as identified in the individualized plan up to and including activities of daily living and personal hygiene support.
○ Document each participant's daily activities according to the plan.
• Supervise and assign duties to volunteers in designated areas.
• Understand and provide support needed related to all aspects of skills development.
• Be a role model for and guide participants in understanding and developing good habits and social skills.
• Supervise participants at all times during the program operation hours.
• Transport participants as assigned by the HERO Team Leader.
• Participate in trainings and ensure state-mandated trainings/annual continuing education requirements are met. First Aid, HIV and CPR certifications must be kept current.

o Document each participant's daily and monthly progress and contribute information to be included on quarterly and annual summaries to the Adult Day Training Manager.
