Suggested Bequest Language: If you would like to include Loveland Center in your will or trust, here is sample language you can share with your attorney:
“I give and bequeath to Loveland Center, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with a principal business address of 157 South Havana Road, Venice, Florida 34292, and Tax ID number 59-1011392, the sum of $______ (or ___% of my estate, or a description of specific property) to be used for its general charitable purposes.”
